Dans le plan initial, la mise en service devait avoir lieu \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2023.<\/p>\n<p>La route nationale, qui traverse H\u00e4meenkyr\u00f6, a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par la construction d\u2019un tron\u00e7on de 10 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 quatre voies. La route comporte 3 passages \u00e0 niveau et 11 ponts. Infrakit a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019ensemble du projet. Depuis la phase de planification jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la supervision des travaux et l\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le volume de trafic journalier moyen (TJM) actuel sur les sections de la nationale 3 le long du lien routier se situe entre 2 500 et 16 900 v\u00e9hicules par jour. D\u2019ici \u00e0 2040, on estime que le trafic journalier augmentera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre 2 800 \u00e0 24 700 v\u00e9hicules par jour. La part des poids lourds dans le trafic total varie entre 6 % et 16 % (Vayla.fi)<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli par l\u2019Agence finlandaise des transports et confi\u00e9 \u00e0 Destia. Le nouveau tron\u00e7on routier va r\u00e9duire le temps de trajet entre Helsinki et Vaasa et am\u00e9liorer la fluidit\u00e9 du trafic et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur la route nationale.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Un grand projet d\u2019infrastructure n\u00e9cessite une planification d\u00e9taill\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p>Une bonne planification est essentielle pour \u00e9viter les retards. Infrakit a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9 dans le projet depuis le d\u00e9but et a collect\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es de conception.<br \/>Dans le cadre de la num\u00e9risation du secteur, le logiciel d\u2019Infrakit facilite le travail sur plusieurs phases. Ce logiciel rationalise le flux d\u2019information depuis la phase de conception jusqu\u2019au rapport, en passant par la mise en \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>Le chantier a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 suivant un mod\u00e8le de prestataire traditionnel, mais les solutions de conception des routes ont d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9es et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es ensemble. La plateforme num\u00e9rique a permis de rationaliser le processus de conception.<\/p>\n<p>Les cartes et la mod\u00e9lisation en 3D mises \u00e0 la disposition de tous les planificateurs ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 l\u2019avancement des plans.<\/p>\n<p>En termes de surveillance, Infrakit peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler l\u2019ex\u00e9cution et l\u2019exactitude des donn\u00e9es. Cela permet de surveiller l\u2019avancement des travaux en temps quasi r\u00e9el. En outre, des donn\u00e9es exactes peuvent \u00eatre compar\u00e9es aux surfaces et aux niveaux con\u00e7us en fonction des tol\u00e9rances structurelles.<\/p>\n<p>La num\u00e9risation et la rationalisation du flux d\u2019information influencent la prise et le suivi des d\u00e9cisions. La prise de d\u00e9cision est \u00e9galement plus facile lorsqu\u2019elle s\u2019appuie sur des donn\u00e9es contextuelles et des faits suffisants.<\/p>\n<p>La plateforme Infrakit permet aux utilisateurs de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger des orthophotos en tant qu\u2019images cartographiques, sur lesquelles les plans peuvent \u00eatre visualis\u00e9s. Il est ainsi facile de voir que les routes, les lignes et les structures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites aux endroits pr\u00e9vus sur le site. The original plan stated the commissioning would take place in the autumn of 2023.<\/p>\r\n<p>The highway through H\u00e4meenkyr\u00f6 was upgraded by constructing a 10-kilometer dual-carriageway section with four lanes. The road has 3 level crossings and 11 bridges. Infrakit has been part of the implementation throughout the whole project. All the way from the design stage to site supervision and quality assurance.<\/p>\r\n<p>The current average daily traffic volume (ADT) on the sections of Highway 3 along the link is between 2 500 and 16 900 cars per day. By 2040, the average daily traffic is projected to increase to between 2 800 and 24 700 cars per day. The share of heavy goods vehicles in total traffic varies between 6% and 16% (Vayla.fi).<\/p>\r\n<p>The project was built by the Finnish Transport Agency and contracted by Destia. The new road section will reduce travel time between Helsinki and Vaasa and improve traffic flow and safety on the motorway.<\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">A major infrastructure project requires extensive planning<\/h3>\r\n<p>Good planning is an essential factor in avoiding schedule delays. Huge amounts of data are generated on-site during construction, and organising and sharing this data considerably speeds up the work.<\/p>\r\n<p>The collected data makes it much easier to build up a picture of the situation and monitor the work. Decision-making is also easier when there is sufficient contextual data and facts to back it up.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Infrakit platform allows users to upload orthophotos as map images, on which plans can be visualized. This makes it easy to see that roads, lines and structures have been built where they were designed on the site. This helps to monitor the implementation and progress of works such as pavements, road markings and finishing and surfacing works.<\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sustainable development reforms infrastructure construction industry<\/h3>\r\n<p>Sustainability is also evident in the development of roadworks. The H\u00e4meenkyr\u00f6 project has had a strong focus on the reuse of construction materials, which the Finnish Transport Agency supports with renewed sustainability guidelines. Infrakit is part of this trend. Improved information flow and more efficient use of resources will bring savings in used materials and energy.<\/p>\r\n<p>Costs can be cut by using recycled materials.
