Aikataulu alittui miltei vuodella, kun k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6notto tapahtuu jo marraskuussa 2022.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4meenkyr\u00f6n l\u00e4pi kulkevaa valtatiet\u00e4 parannettiin rakentamalla 10 kilometrin keskikaiteellinen ja nelikaistainen valtatieosuus. V\u00e4yl\u00e4ll\u00e4 on kolme eritasoliittym\u00e4\u00e4 ja yksitoista siltaa. Infrakit on ollut osana toteutusta koko projektin ajan, suunnittelup\u00f6yd\u00e4lt\u00e4 ty\u00f6maan seurantaan ja laadunvarmennukseen asti.<\/p>\n<p>Valtatie 3:n keskim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4inen vuorokausiliikennem\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 (KVL) yhteysv\u00e4lin linjaosuuksilla on nykyisin 2 500\u201316 900 autoa vuorokaudessa. Vuoteen 2040 menness\u00e4 keskim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4isen vuorokausiliikenteen ennustetaan kasvavan 2 800\u201324 700 autoon vuorokaudessa. Raskaan liikenteen osuus koko liikennem\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4st\u00e4 vaihtelee 6 prosentin ja 16 prosentin v\u00e4lill\u00e4. (Vayla.fi)<\/p>\n<p>Rakennuttajana toimi V\u00e4yl\u00e4virasto ja urakoitsijana Destia. Uudistunut tieosuus lyhent\u00e4\u00e4 matka-aikaa Helsinki-Vaasa v\u00e4lill\u00e4 ja parantaa valtatien liikenteen sujuvuutta ja turvallisuutta.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Iso infrahanke vaatii laajat suunnitelmat<\/h3>\n<p>Hyv\u00e4 suunnittelu on oleellinen tekij\u00e4, jolla aikataulun venyminen on onnistuttu v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n. Infrakit on ollut apuna projektissa suunnittelusta l\u00e4htien.<\/p>\n<p>Osana alan digitalisaatiota, Infrakitin ohjelmisto helpottaa ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4, virtaviivaistamalla tiedonkulkua suunnittelup\u00f6yd\u00e4lt\u00e4 toteutuksen kautta raportointiin asti.<\/p>\n<p>Ty\u00f6maa toteutettiin perinteisell\u00e4 urakkamallilla, mutta tiesuunnitelman ratkaisuja ideoitiin ja kehitettiin ensin yhdess\u00e4. Erityisesti suunnittelua digitaalinen alusta on tehostanut. Kaikille suunnittelijoille saatavilla olevat kartat ja 3D mallinnukset ovat havainnollistaneet suunnitelmien edist\u00e4mist\u00e4.<\/p>\n<p>Seurannassa Infrakiti\u00e4 voi hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 toteuma- ja tarketiedon kontrollointiin, jolloin pystyt\u00e4\u00e4n seuraamaan t\u00f6iden etenemist\u00e4 miltei reaaliaikaisesti. Lis\u00e4ksi tarketietoja pystyt\u00e4\u00e4n vertaamaan suunniteltuihin pintoihin ja tasoihin rakenneosakohtaisten toleranssien mukaisesti.<\/p>\n<p>Tiedon digitoiminen ja sen kulun tehostaminen vaikuttavat p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksentekoon ja jatkotoimenpiteisiin, mik\u00e4 auttaa aikatauluissa pysymist\u00e4 huomattavasti.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sujuva tiedonkulku ty\u00f6maalla v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4 viiv\u00e4styksi\u00e4<\/h3>\n<p>Haasteisiin ja muutoksiin reagoiminen, sek\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6sten tekeminen rakentamisen aikana on oleellinen osa aikataulussa pysymist\u00e4. Ty\u00f6maalla tuotetaan valtavia m\u00e4\u00e4ri\u00e4 dataa rakentamisen aikana, ja sen j\u00e4rjest\u00e4minen ja jakaminen jouduttaa ty\u00f6ntekoa huomattavasti.<\/p>\n<p>Ker\u00e4tyn datan perusteella tilannekuvan muodostaminen ja ty\u00f6n seuranta on huomattavasti vaivattomampaa. My\u00f6s p\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksenteko on helpompaa, kun on riitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti taustatietoa ja faktaa pohjalla.<\/p>\n<p>Infrakitin alustalla voi ladata kuvia ortokuvia karttakuviksi, joiden p\u00e4\u00e4lle voi havainnollistaa suunnitelmia. N\u00e4in on helppo todeta, ett\u00e4 tiet, linjat ja rakenteet on toteutettu sinne, mihin ne on maastoon suunniteltu. H\u00e4meenkyr\u00f6n hankkeessa on ollut vahva painotus rakennusmateriaalien uusiok\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n, mit\u00e4 V\u00e4yl\u00e4virasto uudistuneilla kest\u00e4v\u00e4n kehityksen ohjeistuksilla tukee. Infrakit on osa t\u00e4t\u00e4 trendi\u00e4. The original plan stated the commissioning would take place in the autumn of 2023.<\/p>\r\n<p>The highway through H\u00e4meenkyr\u00f6 was upgraded by constructing a 10-kilometer dual-carriageway section with four lanes. The road has 3 level crossings and 11 bridges. Infrakit has been part of the implementation throughout the whole project. All the way from the design stage to site supervision and quality assurance.<\/p>\r\n<p>The current average daily traffic volume (ADT) on the sections of Highway 3 along the link is between 2 500 and 16 900 cars per day. By 2040, the average daily traffic is projected to increase to between 2 800 and 24 700 cars per day. The share of heavy goods vehicles in total traffic varies between 6% and 16% (Vayla.fi).<\/p>\r\n<p>The project was built by the Finnish Transport Agency and contracted by Destia. The new road section will reduce travel time between Helsinki and Vaasa and improve traffic flow and safety on the motorway.<\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">A major infrastructure project requires extensive planning<\/h3>\r\n<p>Good planning is an essential factor in avoiding schedule delays. Infrakit has been involved in the project from the very beginning, collecting the design data.<\/p>\r\n<p>As part of the digitalization of the industry, Infrakit's software makes it easier to work in various stages. The software streamlines the flow of information from the design table through implementation to reporting.<\/p>\r\n<p>The site was executed using a traditional contractor model, but road design solutions were first conceived and developed together. The digital platform has streamlined the design process. Maps and 3D modeling available to all planners have demonstrated the progress of the plans.<\/p>\r\n<p>In terms of monitoring, Infrakit can be used to control the execution and accuracy of the data. This allows the progress of work to be monitored almost in real time. In addition, accurate data can be compared with the designed surfaces and levels according to structural tolerances.<\/p>\r\n<p>Digitizing and streamlining the flow of information influences decision-making and follow-up. This contributes significantly to meeting deadlines.<\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Smooth communication on-site reduces delays<\/h3>\r\n<p>Responding to challenges and changes and making decisions during the project are essential to staying on schedule. Huge amounts of data are generated on-site during construction, and organising and sharing this data considerably speeds up the work.<\/p>\r\n<p>The collected data makes it much easier to build up a picture of the situation and monitor the work. Decision-making is also easier when there is sufficient contextual data and facts to back it up.<\/p>\r\n<p>The Infrakit platform allows users to upload orthophotos as map images, on which plans can be visualized. This makes it easy to see that roads, lines and structures have been built where they were designed on the site. This helps to monitor the implementation and progress of works such as pavements, road markings and finishing and surfacing works.<\/p>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sustainable development reforms infrastructure construction industry<\/h3>\r\n<p>Sustainability is also evident in the development of roadworks. The H\u00e4meenkyr\u00f6 project has had a strong focus on the reuse of construction materials, which the Finnish Transport Agency supports with renewed sustainability guidelines. Infrakit is part of this trend. Improved information flow and more efficient use of resources will bring savings in used materials and energy.<\/p>\r\n<p>Costs can be cut by using recycled materials. This also saves natural resources and allows waste to be recycled instead of simply being landfilled.
